As well he is Doctor of Jurisprudence, was a resident in psychiatry & the law and did post graduate work in Film & Television Law, Recording & Music Law and Tax Law-As well he was a professor of law in Business and intellectual property. He specialized in business litigation and business development, finance and securities including representing public companies in the oil industry, real estate, and securities industry.

Vertical Acceleration Inc. (a company that acquires companies in the technology field and provides management for maximum growth in minimum time) produces circuitry and software for Eaton Manufacturing, Shell Oil, American Traffic Inc. Samsung, Analog Devices, Actel, Sharp and Texas Instruments.
Rocky Mountain Industries Inc- owned land development projects, a subsidiary oil company. The object was to take advantage of the tax losses by merging with high performing companies we already owned.
Northstar Minerals Corporation- an N.A.S.D. listed, general partner to 20 Limited Partnerships invested in the oil exploration business raised $25 million of tax shelter money for exploration and acquired an oil field service company made a friendly takeover bid for Iroquois Brands Inc., an AMEX Company and raised $12 mm for this company from a New York Stock exchange broker partnership.
CoVest Financial Services Inc. founded an investment banking company, and retail broker dealer licensed by the N.A.S.D. and the State of California and S.E.C. to sell securities and make deals and funded it in a private placement of $5 million. The company then did a reverse merger into an over the counter bulletin Board Company and went public.
WesternWorld Inc.-a N.A.S.D. listed company in film distribution, satellite distribution of television programming, and raised $1,000,000 in new financing and restructured the company and took the public company private.
National Chemical Corporation-funded for $2.5 mm and represented an organic chemical company that produced the Mediterranean fruit fly attractant that eliminated the epidemic worldwide.
Novitas Inc.-Set up an international manufacturing and sales company to sell money saving lighting devices for industry and education and large public and private buildings.
Natures Plus Inc., the largest manufacturer of health food vitamins in the world.
